Function and characteristics of nonwoven vibrating feeder

♥  This feeder is used for madium to coarse denier fibers to store the opened fiber and then facilate the

     transfer of an even layer or even quantity of fiber across the width of the machine to feed the card.

♥  Average roller and stripping roller drive seoarately.

♥  Spiked lattice controlled by inverter.

♥  Photoelectric sensors continually control fiber levels in the unit.

♥  in addition, there is a vibrating plate system for even and accurate feeding.

Note: 

when fiber appear in the stripper, evener roller or wool board fiber will appear in the stripper, evener 

roller or wool board. it should be removed in time since it will affect the quality and evenness of the fiber.

♥  Other details and variables are dependent on customer's needs and can be discussed with our
