Production Flow:

◊Firstly, make reactor rotate clockwise 0.4r/min, put raw material into reactor, close feeding door.
◊ secondly, burned the fuel material(coal,or wood,or natural gas ,oil ) in the furnace. Reactor will be slowly heated, when the temperature reach around 180 oC, oil gas will come out .then go to cooling system and liquid to oil.
◊ thirdly, Some incondensable gas which can't cooling down will be lead to furnace through a gas pipe. It will be used to heat reactor.This can save your energy. Only the first 2 hours use energy for heating. After the first 2 hours mainly use gas, little energy is ok
◊ After pyrolysis, all the oil gas come out from reactor, the temperature will fall down. Then make it rotate anticlockwise, carbon black discharging begin.
◊ Lastly,when the temperature deduce to 80 oC, worker can open the door of reactor and take steel wire out.

Tyre Pyrolysis Equipment:
The equipment can pyrolysis waste tire, waste plastic,used oil and waste rubber, the outcome is crude oil and carbon black without pollution. If the raw material is waste tire, it can also output steel wires. All the products are used widely, in hotels,restaurants,bathing centers,power plants,engines,chemical sector you can sell them directly.

Safety:

2.Vacuum system will prevent oil gas going back to reactor and preventing accident.
3. Professional thermometer, pressure gauge and safety valve.
4.It is dangerous to burn exhaust gas (C1 to C4) without any safety measures.
In our process, it is transferred first through the safety device and a safety burning air muzzle.
Before burning, we should ensure the safety of production.

1. Material: 245R special steel plate, thickness 14-16mm
2. Welding: Automatic welding machine with heating treatment and x-ray detection will prolong the service life of reactor to the max.

FAQ:
Q: How you can clean the emission to meet environmental standard?
A: 3 layers of dedusting system-alkali liquor wasing+ceramic filtering+alkali liquor sprayers. Extra gas from reactor will be recycled into furnace for heating, it will be cleaned by specific device before to be burned of cause. Ash and odor are also well prevented as the pyrolysis system is totally sealed, sepcially for continuous running plants.
Q: Can tire and plastic be mixed to be processed?
A: Generally, we don’t recommend you to mix them. Tire and plastic need different temperature and time to be processed. If you put them together, much fuel will be wasted. Besides, the quality and rate of final oil will also change.
Q: What’s the difference between continuous pyrolysis plant and intermittent pyrolysis plant?
A: They are different in the following aspects:
For the continuous type, the feeding of raw materials and discharging of slag are both automatic. While for the intermittent type, these two processes are manual.
For the continuous type, the feeding hole is very small, so the pretreating system is needed to cut the raw materials into small piece. While the intermittent type does not need this device.
The continuous plant can operate for some time without stop. While for the intermittent plant, the reactor must be cooled before the second batch.
Q: What’s the usage of the Pyrolysis oil? Can it be used in vehicles?
A: (1) The pyrolysis oil is fuel oil and can be used as fuel in some heavy industry factories, such as glass factory, power plant factory, aluminum factory and so on.
(2) If you want to use the oil in vehicles, you may need the distillation plant. It can distill the pyrolysis oil into diesel.
