reactor, cooling system, dedusting system,carbon black slag system.

   left and right .  Rollers can reinforce the reactor .

4)Reducer can keep the reactor at the normal speed to keep stable and safety.

The left silver part is deduster before, and the blue at right is newest deduster.

we have add the spraying de-duster, which can make the gas more clean to protect environment.

The 1st one is defurization deduster: Remove the sulfur dioxide from the flue gas.

The 2nd one is spraying-deduster:a.circulatind water,no pollution

                                                         b.high pressure spray,dust absorption

                                                         c.the heat,add in alkaline and sulfur dioxide.

The 3rd one is water film cyclone:Remove the particles in the flue gas impurities.

Cooling system

The different chioces about the cooling system

The picture at the top are the newest cooling system, the horizental condenser

and disk flow condenser.

Horizental condenser: from the picture, we can see the internal structure.

Advantages: inside each condenser has many pieces gas pipe, cooling area can reach 40m²

                      the pipe is thin, so it can be cooled quickly.

                      looks more beautiful.

Disk flow condenser: inside the condenser, it is the disk flow

Advantages:

1) can enlarge the cooling area and cooling time

2) can imrove oil quality and yield.

Of course, we also have others cooling system for your chices, you can according

to your requirement and needs to choose them.

Carbon black discharging system

The internal structure is the screw conveyor

Advantages:

1)with the help of the screw conveyor, the carbon black can be discharged

   at the high temperature.shorten the discharging time

2) the carbon black can be storge in the carbon tank, so it more environmental and safety.

3) it can be discharge automatically, safe and save labor force.

The small parts show besides the main systems
