Warranty & Maintenance

The Warranty period is one year for the machines.

Buyers are responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.

Buyer will only have to return the problem garments rather than the entire package.

We only accept to change warranty items which had quality problem from us. If any accident by buyer, we can not accept to replace the spare parts.

Before returning items, please make sure to contact us first then get the correct return address.

Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. When we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
