The Rice milling is the process that helps in removal of hulls and bran's from paddy grains to produce polished rice. The objective of a rice milling system is to Remove the husk and the bran layers from paddy rice to produce whole white rice Kernels that are sufficiently milled free of impurities and contain a minimum number Of broken kernels

1.High air speed, high negative pressure,no bran,high rice degree and low rice temperature.

2.With special structure in emery roll, here is less broken rice during rice milling processing. Lower power consumption (decreasing by about 20%) under the same capacity.

3.High abrasion resistance with special structure in emery roll. Increase of 2-5% in white rice yields from husked rice compared with other vertical whiteners under the same variety. (depending on different varieties)
