The drive system for hydraulic and mechanical drive is so designed and precisely manufactured so as to specially fit the harsh trash-treatment environment. The original Shantui hydraulic-mechanical drive system could deliver the stronger power and productivity and the lower operational unit per hour.
Strong compacting capacity
The weight of each compactor is equally distributed to the axles, allowing the compacting wheels to have the super linear compacting ability. The compacting wheels are so designed as to be able to smash and compact the trashes, as well as to have the sufficient corrosion resistance.
Comfortable driving environment
●The full-sealed cab could protect the driver from the outside severe environment. Furthermore, the air inlet of cab is equipped with the active carbon filter.
●The compactor traveling system, steering system and shove lifting are controlled with the electric-control handles at both sides of seat. The pneumatic-floating seat could be adjusted in all directions, farthest improving the driver’s comfort.
Optimal safety design
●The optical monitor inside of cab could guarantee the safety during the machine backward traveling.
●ROPS/FOPS outside of cab could guarantee the driver's safety.
●The three layers of baffle could keep the foreign material out of the joint of final drive at the front and rear axles.
●The overhead steering cylinder could greatly avoid the risks of trash impact.
●The remote control of and the intelligent management of compactor could be realized with the optional compacting system and Wante control system.
Good maintenance performance
●All the parts to be maintained are equipped with the protective doors that are locked and unlocked with the buckles rather than any tools.
●The bottom of compactor is completely sealed for cleanness. In addition, the central lubricant points are designed to facilitate the user maintenance.
