Mechanical husking with steel brush descaling is used to get rust off surface of wire rod for better wire drawing that followed.

Suitable material: for steel rods, for rust descaling, for spring wire, wire drawing machine, for PC wire, for tire bead wire, for Al clad steel wire, for steel rope and strand.

 

According to the principle of reverse bend, mechanical husking will make the iron scale on the steel wire surface loosened, disintegrated and separated, by changing the bending curvature of steel wire different de-rusting effects can be get.

 

Husking wheel is made of GCr15 with quench hardness HRC≥60. After mechanical husking, steel wires will be de-rusted again by two pairs of high speed rotating parabola type steel wire brushes which are fixed in cross to each other.

 

After two times of descaling, the surface of steel wire will be bright as new.

 

Each group of steel wire brush has one pc of 3KW in-phase motor and transmission shaft system, by adjusting the rotating speed and pressing force of steel wire brush to get off all the oxygen skin from wire surface and avoid the injury of wires at the same time.

 

Horniness alloy cover is fixed at the outlet of husking machine to avoid the injury of wire. Oxygen skin will fall into the dust collecting tank automatically after getting off from the surface of steel wire.

The whole machine is closed to ensure the cleanness of working place.
