2. All the goods shall be delivered within  20 work days since the Buyer has issued the irrevocable letter of Credit at sight with value of 95% of total contract .
3. In case of delay in the establishment of the deposit ,the deliveries will be delayed proportionately  the penalty of 2% of the contract value for each delay week but not over 5 % of the contract value
