8.3.4Pressurized Water Machine

This is to be a pressure machine allowing up to 6 people to work at any time.

This machine is to be fed from for feed form suggested at spray terminal. It is to create enough pressurized water as to feed three separate routes. From each of the three routes, there shall be multiple number of nozzles for washing. However, at any one time, only two nozzles (washing operators) can be using the pressurized water. So, at any one time, there can be up to a maximum of six users; i.e. two of each of i.e. two of each of the three routes.

The above diagram is showing the whole abattoir complex. The yellow circle in the middle of the drawing is showing the location where the pressurizing unit is proposed to be located. The red, blue and pink lines are the three separate routes connected to the water pressurizing unit. The orange circles are internal washing stations; each having two nozzles for two separate guns. The violet circles are similar to the orange ones but located externally to wash the external areas.

The central unit is to be designed in such a way as to guarantee that when up to six operators are using six washing guns in six separate locations simultaneously, all the operators will have no less than 200 bars (20 MPa) of pressurized water in their nozzle. Moreover, bidder is also to guarantee that the available flow rate in every nozzle when using six washing guns simultaneously will not be less than 1000 litres/hour(16L/min).

Note:In system If Centralized Power Washing System Pressurized Water Machine outlet pressure is 40Mpa all gun terminal is 40Mpa(dont consider pressure missing on systems) So no need for add pressure gauge on gun side.

To guarantee that if there is a breakdown in the machine, there will be a backup in order to take over. Cleaning is done on a daily basis after every slaughter session. It is not allowable that the management will end up in a situation that cleaning could not be done. Use of mobile washing units in case of breakdown is not permitted. For this reason, the designer is catering for a secondary backup machine so that there will also be a spare one just in case one fails or needs servicing.

8.3.5 Stainless Steel Pipework

All stainless steel pipes are to be in grade 316. Because of the high pressures, bidders are to guarantee that these pipes are seamless; i.e. complying to ASTM A213. The routing pipes are to be not less than 32mm pipes inner 22mm?diameter to guarantee good available pressurized water flow when having 6 users working simultaneously.

Connection of pipes and fittings is to guarantee that they can withstand an ultimate pressure of no less than 400 bars (40MPa). A test is to be made as part of the commissioning of the system to show that no pipes will leak at 40 MPa.

Note:40mpa is our max pressure! according you requirement can set as 10Mpa to 40Mpa

8.3.6 Stations

Here shall be 16[If not count pressure machine connection total 15 STATION.

Am I right? YES ] stations throughout the abattoir complex. Each station is to be equipped with foam / disinfectant stainless steel 316 containers, a dosage system with dosage knob indicating percentage of foam / disinfecting fluid being mixed with the water as it is released to the flexible pipe.

It must also include a pressure gauge and pressure regulator is as to regulate pressure at nozzle to 20 MPa if instantaneous pressure in the system will be higher.

Within every station there shall be installed two nozzles[On layout e.g. violet circle where need 2 nozzles and each nozzle has a

shut off valve. YES]; each nozzle will have its own shut-off valve. The nozzle is to be compatible to be submitted flexible pipes sockets and should be easy to connect.[We can use fast connect joint ! YES] They are to be in such a way as to guarantee that unless pressure is released operators will not be able to disconnect the flexible pipe due to safety hazards.[Should be safe! As I know the fast joint if pressure not released it is very hard disconnect it . So it is safe. AGREED]

In every station there is also to be an instant heat exchanger as to guarantee that water in every nozzle is at 80 degrees Celsius. All the required cabling, connections to existing abattoir electrical network, isolators, safety gadgets, etc to make these heat exchangers function safely and effectively is to be included in the quoted prices.[Exchanger system is a very big problem Need talked more. Has to be with electricity (not diesel)]

About station if Centralized Power Washing System Pressurized Water Machine outlet pressure 20mpa whole systems is 20Mpa NO need for add extra pressure gauge.

About dosage like wash car small pressure cleaner use small tank at Gun side.

8.3.7 Flexible Pipes and Pressure Guns

The flexible pipes and hand-held pressure guns are to be also CE certified and to high quality standards; guaranteeing safe use throughout the duration of their working lifetime. Bidders are to make sure that the proposed pressure pipes will not leave behind trails of their colour when pulled over tiles.

Note: Please tell me how many hose you need to conect Guns.

8.3.8 Commissioning

Start up and commissioning are within scope of the tender. The pressure machines are to be fully tested before handed over and the switch-over between the two machines is to be without complications so that the cleaners will be easily trained how to switch over between the two machines just in case one fails to start[We can provided training for end user! AGREED

And our product is very simple for operators! This is why our factory do not use too many electric smart control systems.because smart system if broken need replace all of the control PCB. OK].

A 40 MPa pressure test is to be given to all pipework to certify that these pipes can withstand up to this level of pressure.[That is fine for test. OK]

Another test will be done as to show that the required water flow rate of not less than 1000 litres/hour and pressure of not less than 20 MPa is being achieved when having six washing guns working instantaneously.
