Technical Precautions

This bubble swimming pool cover can be used for in-ground, above ground, outdoor and indoor pool. Put the bubbles side of the cover directly in contact with the surface of the water so that the smooth side remains visible.

In order to ensure its durability, it is highly required to remove it when: 

- The external temperature is above 40°C. 

- If the chlorine concentration in the water is above 1PPM. 

When removing the bubble swimming pool cover, it is recommended to: 

- Use the roller to safely retract it and avoid any accidents. 

- If you don’t have a roller, fold repeatedly or roll it, then store it in a dry place.

Warranty

Warranty period:  

Bubble swimming pool cover 400 microns: 2 years 

Bubble swimming pool cover 500 to 600 microns: 3 years

Bubble swimming pool cover 800 microns: 4 years

Warranty condition: 

- For defective products, the warranty is applied after returning them in our manufactory for analysis and verification problems. 

- The transportation costs for the return are excluded from the warranty. 

- Products damaged due to transportation are not covered under the warranty. 

- The manufacturer reserves the right to decide the refund or exchange of a defective product.

♦ What’s the standard roll size of pool cover? 

Our standard roll size is 1.6 x 50m. We can provide customized size depending of the customer needs.  

Plus, thanks to our welding machines, covers can be made in rolls or welded into different shapes depending of your requirements.

♦I have seen a woven pool cover on your website but some people suggested a bubble/woven mix cover. Do you produce it? 

Yes, we produce woven bubble swimming pool covers. They are more suitable for indoor and outdoor swimming pool due to their higher heat retention during the night. The layer of woven also ensures a better tensile strength and is anti-tearing.

♦ How strong are the bubbles?

According to our test, the bubbles strength is: 

- Tensile Strength (Transverse): 66.3N 

- Tensile Strength (Length Wise Direction): 91.53N
