 Wild Rocky Tea (Adinandra nitida) is a precious dedicacy in the Dayao Mountain. It grows on cold, wet mountain cliffs or beside the mountain streams in southern Guangxi, where it enjoys a short time sunlight and a large temperature difference. In old times, people used to train monkeys to pick its leaves, so there is another saying of the tea -- "Monkey-picked Tea". It was also called "Xi'an Tea" in Tang dynasty and was served as a tribute to the court. The Rocky Tea is found contain the highest amount of flavonoids among other wild plants so far. Since it contains no caffeine, your sleep won't be affected after drinking it. And the high amount of flavonoids in it is good for health. It is a precious dedicacy of various kinds of natural green plants in China.
