3.     The press work on blades is done by precision dies. Very special attention is given to the hardening process which is done on specially designed Automatic Induction Hardening Machine. The blades are then oil tempered to make them sturdy and absorb all jerks and doesn't get warped.

WORKING

THE MAZE COBS ARE PUT INTO HOPPER FROM WHERE THEY GO INTO DRUM IN WHICH SHELLING DISK IS MOUNTED. SHELLING IS ACCOMPLISHED BY THE ROTATION OF DISC.
