V series, air-cooled direct injection diesel engines built with a cast iron crankcase for durability and have large bearing surfaces for low bearing loads and long life. The engines are air cooled by means of an axial flow fan and are designed for continuous operation in ambients up to 125 degrees. They all contain a self regulating plunger type pump that supplies oil under pressure to all of the important bearing surfaces. The oil is cooled by means of air flow over the deep crankcase finning.

 

 

 

 

In air cooled, engine is cooled by air flow generated with the help of fan mounted on flywheel called conventional Cooling.In axial flow cooling, blower is mounted in front of cylinder block & head. With the help of streamline cowling air breeze is circulated.Attachments such as 12 Volt self start with 12 volt dynamo battery charger with Amp.
