Brief introduction about working Principle Process
1) Before operation,make sure the voltage is ok , all the swith is shut off, the drainage valve is shut off ,Inlet pipe of air filter is towards down ;
2) Connect the power supply,the machine begin to function,the outside air come to our Main Engine for a compression through our Air Filter( Get rid of impurities in the air and meanwhile reduce the noise);
3)The compressed air come into our air tank throught our high pressure metal braided hose ( at the end of which has a one-way valve,ensuring the compressed air will not return to engine);
4)Accompanied by the consistant compression of the Main Engine, the pressure of the air tank become lager and larger( You could see this from the pressure gauge),when the pressure arrives to 8 bar, the machine will automatically stop working and be in a unloading state ;
5) In this moment , you could adjust the pressure from 1~8 bar using our pressure-regulating valve as your requirements ,then open the outlet air valve,the outlet pressure is what you want.
Warm Notes:
1)When you using the air,the pressure of the air tank will become smaller,when it arrives to about 5 bar,the machine will work again automatically ,then to 8 bar ,it stops,circularly.
2)Safety Valve: When the pressure is more than 8 bar because of machine's trouble,it will open automatically ,discharge the pressure and protect the whole Engine;
3)Overload Protector:When the current /voltage is too high , it will automatically bounce off ,protect the whole engine from being burned . After trouble-shooting , hand-reset to its original place is ok,the machine begine to work again .
Convenient Maintenance:
1) Change the Air filter every 500~1000 hours or as your actural use
2) Drainage the water once a week or or as your actural use . That is ok.
