1,Blade material: Ceramic knife is a new invention and always expensive because it’s made out of precision zriconia that is compressed at very high pressures and heated in a furnace at temperatures over 2700°F. This results in an extremely-hard blade, nearly as hard as diamonds. We can also print the logo or company name with laser lighting on knife surface,also can print any picture or words according the customer's requirement
2,Handle material: We could apply different handle material of high quality such as ABS,ABS+TPR,wood,acrylic,ceramic.We can also apply different handle modle or at your request.
3,No Metallic taste or smell:Ceramic material is not very porous at all. This keeps the blade from transferring odors from one food item to another. You can cut something spicy, give it a quick rinse and then cut something else. The spiciness won’t transfer to the next food item.
