Hollow brick machine description:

1.It is the main brick machine in brick making production line.

2.Working principle: The batching plant is used for feeding raw material evenly and quantitatively. Through adjust the conveyor belt’ speed and the height of gate lifts to control the feeding quantity of raw material and go on proportion mixing to the putty material. Thenthrough the conveyor, the clay will go into the brick machine, then extruding brick adobe by brick mould, cut by brick cutter, the brick forming line is completed.

3.The brick machine consists of several parts such as vacuum chamber, reamer, brick mould, vacuum pump, air compressor, motor etc.
