a. You authorize us to handle your shipment by notifying goods supplier(s) about us by email with copy to us;
b. We contact your suppliers to initiate the shipment with an air booking
c. We confirm air space and flight schedule with you;
d. Release S/O to shipper and send goods to airport or we arrange the pick up;
e. Inform you cargo final chargeable weight measured by airport/airline.
f. Issue a freight charge invoice to you,
g. You make fast payment and send us payment copy;
h. Export customs clearance
i. Flight departure;
j. Provide the AWB copy and daily cargo status tracking report to you;
k. Cargo arrival notice
l. Cargo Service review and improvement suggestions.
