1.S series three roller millers is the most common three roll mill ,it adapts grease as lube, wheel gear transmission.

2.SG three roller millers is advanced three roll mill,adapts oil as lube,transmission gear adapts oil-immersed tupe,reduce the friction during work,the operative handwheel is transmitted by gear,equipped with pressure guage,oil guage and a small lifting jack.

3.SQ three roller millers is enhanced three roll mill,it is specially designed for very high viscous raw material such as colour masterbatch.spindle nose is extra magnified,gear and bearing block is nvenient to operate and keep long life working.

4.JRS three roller millers is heating type three roll mill.The machine designs the heating device of steam,electric,water and oil.The transmission part adapts the part with high strength and wear resistant material.The seal part adapts fluorine rubber.It can guarantee that this machine can operate normally under high pressure.It is an ideal equipment for grinding special product such as pigment,pencil,candle etc which need heating.

1.The United States Parker hydraulic joints,Germany BENTELER precision seamless tube ensure the stability of the system,Taiwan hydraulic pressure station.

2.Germany Siemens PLC system makes the product more accurately to be controlled.Analogous drawing and touch screen are available.

3.The rollers pressure and the rollers gap can be set and controlled,so as to realize the stable and consistent quality.

4.Three roll mill is controlled by dydraulic pressure from double-impeller pump.

5.The basic work such as feeding,discharging and size of material is controlled by hudraulic pressure.

6.Adapt manual gap adjusting makes the machine produce without human influenced in low pressure.

7.For different raw material,hydraulic three roll mill is designed to three types,horizontal,gradient and vertical.

DS series is digital number three roller millers:

1.Under pressure mode,the user set the actual distance and the actual pressure on the screen.

2.Under gap mode,the user set the gap distance and actual stress values.

3.Roller gap control system is real-time monitoring and adjusting to make sure the pre-set.

4.User can change the pressure mode and gap mode during operating.

5.Roller speed and distance can be set as a parameter(any mode).
