Overview

 FYS hydraulic five roll mill is our latest design equipment for pulp refining ,dispersion and grinding .Materials are fed between 

the first and second roll and discharge from the fifth roll after passing several rolls.Tilting arrandement  of  the rolls make the

machine have more internal space. Hydraulic system of the rolls adopt "floating roller system'" which is a quite mature technology of our company.Customized PLC touch screen promotes the automation level of equipment,and alsothe data, formula can be stored as parameters.

It is widely used in the production of chocolate ,peanut butter,GLS,biscuit,guar gum,soap,medicine etc.Five roll mill works excellent in grinding dfficiency if  the material needs several pass grinding.
