Features:

General : Above model is designed for automatic taping function to apply crystal/oscillator
    units (for various types (7*5, 5*3.2, 4*2.5, 3.2*2.5, 2.0*2.5 and 2.0*1.6).

Application : Any of chip components (like chip IC, SMD type..etc)

 Taping Method :  (1) Heating Sealing  

                 (2) Adhesive taping Sealing are available.

 Process :

 (1) Blow Feeder with hopper /or magazine carrier type also okay to apply 
(2)  Measurements by test equipment (in case of crystal, oscillator : Network Analyzer or oscilloscope, frequency counter, mulit-meter,etc)to make sure if the parts is in spec or out of spec before taping.

(3) Laser Marking (Option) : It marks automatically for good parts.
(4) Vision Inspection of vision : check its marking characteristics and type..etc.                   (5) NG bins (total 6 bins)#. NG parts go into each NG bins. No marking part is from NG from measurement equipment , User sets its bins on measurement system.

 (6) And it goes to taping process (carrier embossing type).

Speed : 5000-7200pcs/hour typically. But it depends on your measurement time. The machine is quite fast.
