RM SELECTION: Services are provided for careful selection and analysis of locally available raw materials. We also assist our customers in sourcing the latest additives from leading suppliers at special rates.

MANUFACTURING: The plants are manufactured out of factories located in Mumbai where stringent quality control is maintained. Only the highest grades of raw materials are used. Specialized fittings, instruments, valves, drives etc are sourced from the leaders in the industry. Equipments are guaranteed against defects for a period of 2 years from the date of dispatch. We welcome 3 party inspections

PLANT START UP: Each project is carefully planed and executed trying to limit the responsibility of the customer. Projects are designed and engineered after evaluating local manpower skills and services. A site engineer is delegated during the stage of erection. Periodic site visits are made to ensure smooth progress of work unto commissioning stage.

TRAINING AND HAND OVER: Once the plant is erected with raw materials in place the commissioning team comprising of the Senior project engineer, Technologist and Automation engineer ensure that the plant is commissioned to the satisfaction of the customer. During this stage the customer is trained to run and operate the plant. Extended online services are provided for a period of 12 months from the date of commissioning.

DEATAILED ENGINEERING: Complete package is provided for Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Piping. We also assist the customer in setting up a Laboratory and getting the products manufactured to International specifications.
