Although similar technologies use an automated alignment apparatus of sub-installation type, they are difficult to replace and are not used much. On the other hand, our company's product is an NEP product with many advantages such as preventing fire and dust and being easily replaceable.

As an apparatus to align conveyor belts from excessively moving to the left and right, it is a product that prevents rolling down and up of belts during operation because of their long length.

1) The pressurizing roller exerting pressure on the upper part of the lower belt suppresses the belt from rolling.

2) It not only prevents early wear out of return rollers but can also stably transport goods.

3) It also has the supplementary effect of preventing the meandering of belts from friction with pressurizing rolls.

4) Because it is installed on the upper part of belts, it can be installed without moving the equipment.
