Steel Grating  

The welded platform grating consists of 780 welded joints on 1m2 (eye size 34 x 38 mm), that provides special endurance also in a very harsh environment with high exploitation intensity. The new automated grating manufacturing machines provide high accuracy and quality of the welding process.

Thanks to its mechanical features the welded gratings are widely used in communications paths in manufacturing as well as in civil engineering. Gratings are widely used in road, bridge and ship construction. They can be used anywhere where safe, durable and sustainable platform, overpass, hatch etc. is necessary.

The wide choice of grating materials and their easy assembly has made these materials irreplaceable in the modern construction world.

According to the manufacturing programme the welded grating can be produced from the bearing bar at the sizes of 20 x 2 mm to 60 x 5 mm. The most popular mesh sizes are 34 x 38 mm and 34 x 76 mm. The welded platform gratings are manufactured in standard sheets of 6100 x 1000 mm, where 6100 mm is the length of the bearing bar and 1000 mm is the length of the cross rods (at the diameter of 6 mm). For customers needs special lengths are prepared in the sizes of 3000 x 1000 mm and 1000 x 1000 mm, as well as production according to sizes ordered by the customer.
