perforated sheet is a kind of sheet metal usually made with styles of perforating, embossing, slotting or checkered plates.

Perforated Metal

The process of creating perforations is called perforating, which involves puncturing the workpiece (usually a thin metal sheet) with a tool. Slotted perforated metal is a sheet or coil of material made from metal that contains holes punched by a die. Embossing is a metal forming process for producing raised or sunken designs or relief in sheet material. Checkered plate, also known as Diamond plate, is a type of light-weight metal sheet with a regular pattern of raised diamonds or lines.

Round, square, oblong, triangle, slot, hex, oval, diamond and a broad variety of special shaped holes. We have tooling available for many different hole patterns and shapes. It is more economical to choose one of the available patterns, although special hole sizes and patterns can be accommodated at additional cost.

Round Hole Perforated Metal

Perforated Size: From 0,5 mm. to 120 mm.
Sheet Thickness: From 0,5 mm to 20 mm. (depending on perforation)
Size: 2.000 mm. wide in sheets (depending on perforation). 
         1.500 mm. wide in roll (depending on perforation)
Other types of perforation on request.

Long Round Holes Perforated Metal
Perforated Size: From 1 x 20 mm. to 10 x 40 mm.
Sheet Thickness: From 0,5 mm to 8 mm.
Size: 2.000 mm. wide in sheets 
         1.500 mm. wide in roll
Above sheet thickness and sizes vary according to the perforated mesh sizes.

Sheet Thickness: From 0,5 mm to 5 mm. (depending on perforation).
Size: 2.000 mm. wide in sheets (depending on perforation).
         1.500 mm. wide in roll (depending on perforation).

The maximum width we can provide for perforated metal up to is 2mt, the preferred maximum is 1.5mt.
The maximum length we can perforate up to is 6mt, the preferred maximum is 4mt.

The most common material types are mild steel, Pre-galvanised mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, etc.
