Fire resistance ventilation cap for tank truck
1. Brief introduction of product:
Fire resistance ventilation cap (referred to as permeable cap) is an important equipment to ensure the safety
of gas station, oil tank and so on. There are two types of connection: flange connection and threaded connection.
2. Characteristics:
Fire resistance ventilation cap hat is refractory aluminum plate, shell is cast aluminum. The fire retardant core
are stainless steel corrugated board and corrugated aluminum plate which is in line with the requirements of
CB-5908-2005 technology. When the tank material expansion or into the oil, namely through the fire resisting
core of corrugated board outside the exhaust. When a tank to put oil to the tank suction, and prevent and
eliminate all the fire from the tank, ensure safety.
3. Notes for installation:
The ventilation cap should be installed vertically in the tank top, ensuring the pressure internal and external
balance. In order to ensure the safety of tank and the gas station.
4. Maintenance and repair:
To check air permeability of the fire resistance corrugated plate of ventilation cap, ensuring the good fire
resistance, good air permeability. To loosen screws of breathable cap cover when maintenance and the screw
of fixed fire retardant core, taking out the fire retardant core, check the fire retardant core is blocked, deformation
or corrosion, should immediately clean or replace the fire retardant core, monthly check two times.
