Raw Materials:

Any types of forestry waste and forest waste can be used for make briquettes Such as maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo sawdust, bagasse , wood chips, rice husk, coffee husk, coir pith, jute sticks, groundnut shells, Bamboo, wood, straw dust, Mustard stalk and cotton stalks ,nutshell, coconut shell ,etc 

The process for producing charcoal briquette

1. crusher : Crush the raw material into small pieces (diameter is about 3-5mm)

For the crusher machine, no matter what size the material is, it can become as large as the sawdust .based on material, it has two models, one is log crusher, and the other is branch crusher. If the material is bigger than 5*5mm (e.g. branch), smaller than 200mm, there is necessary to crush the material into 5*5mm for further processing.

Crusher is suitable for crushing raw wood with size less than 200mm (diameter). After milled, the output size can reach diameter 3-5mm, which is suitable for further processing.

2. Drying machine : dry the material by machine or dried it in the sun , till the moisture is less than 12%

If the material’s moisture is above 12%, the drying machine is needed to dry the moisture from 12% to 6%8% before the material ( e.g. sawdust ) is put into Briquette Extruder machine. The productivity can be designed as the requirements from customers.

3. Put the material into feed let of briquette machine,Produce the briquette stick from biomass material without any additive

This machine is used to make sawdust into half-charcoal-stick. It is equipped with the auto -controlling heating system. The product of this machine can be used to heat boiler, fireplace, etc for warm in house. Using the inherent characteristics of wood raw materials, through the screw extrusion, high temperature, high pressure, the wood raw material to make micro-fiber lignin plastics combine to form a fuel rod.

4. Carbonized the briquette stick

Carbonization furnace is a stove used to change biomass briquette into charcoal briquette. The quality and efficiency of kiln affect final forming of charcoal briquette greatly. This furnace is ideal equipment for wood briquettes to have anoxic distillation carbonization. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small quality of heat consumption.
