Flat Die Animal Feed Pellet Machine

TZKL series machine is used to make animal feed pellets. The raw materials can be grains like corn, wheat and the crushed waste from agriculture. The input raw material moisture should be about 13%-18%, most popular finished pellets diameter is 2.5mm, 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, 8mm.

1. Raw material moisture requirement is 10-15% before enter into Pellet Machine.

2. The diameter of pellet (final size) could be 1.5mm-60mm, according to customer’s need.

3. The length of pellets can adjust by change cutter‘s position.

how to make pellet ?

Step 1: Crusher-- It is used to crush grains into powder.

Step2: Screw conveyor--It is used to transfer the powder to the dryer machine. You can also use man power instead of this machine.

Step 3: Mixer--It is used to mix all powdered raw material and vitamin together.

Step 4: Screw conveyor--It is used to transfer the mixed powder to the pellet machine. You can also use man power instead of this machine.

Step 5: Pellet machine--It is used to make the powder into pellets. The moisture of the powder should be from 8-12% for good working.

Step 6: Lifting machine--It is used to lift the pellet into the cooling machine.

Step 7: Cooling machine--It is used to cool the pellet.

Step 8:Lifting machine--It is used to lift the pellet into the packing machine.

Step 9: Packing machine--It is used to pack the pellets in bags.
