Introduction
This dryer is suitable for drying materials of moisture 30-60%. Wet material is input into the hopper. The dryer is equipped with two fuel boilers, inlet,
steel pipe, exhaust blower (fan), air lock and cyclone. Wet materials are input into the hopper.
The fuel boiler generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes
by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air is flowing and going though the curving pipes
and buffer (drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials
are discharged from the outlet with air lock. This wood dryer can reduces the moisture to 8-12% one time with the advantages of lower cost consumption and high efficiency.
Material to dry
Particular material as rice shell, sawdust, and ground wood chip, tree branch, wood bits, etc.(Diameter is less than 3mm; Length, 5mm)
Advantages
Drying time is short: short contact time of material and air, drying time is generally 0.5~5 seconds,
and for the heat sensitive or low melting point material will not cause overheating or decomposition and affect its quality.
High thermal efficiency: air drying and the use of materials with gas flow operation, from the beginning to the end of
material temperature and air temperature can reach a reasonable state, the drying time is short, so you can use higher
drying temperatures.

Operating rules for sawdust dryer machine
1. After installation, start the blower, check the direction it runs and see if the suction at the material inlet is normal.
2. Tie up a bag whose both ends are open around the outlet of the dust catcher.
3.Feed the material to be dried to the hopper. Remove large grain in the material before drying, which will benefit drying speed.
4. Put fuel into the furnace and light it, start the blower. When the air temperature at the outlet of the blower get to 100°C, begging feeding and drying.
5.Large piece of the material at dregs-outlet must be removed, which is favorable to feeding.
