Chalk making procedure

1. Lubricating the moulds with oil uniformly.

2. Supplying water: step on the supplying switch,then the water in the pail can be au-

tomatic put into the agitation vat..

3. Pouring gypsum powders. Putting the quantitative gypsum powders into the agitat-

ion vat and close the cover.

4. Mixing the material. Switch on the power switch and mix materials about 10-20 se-

conds.

5. Filling the moulds. Open the switch in the bottom of the agitation vat and then mak-

e the materials pour into the mould.

6. Pushing out the chalks. Turn the mould in reverse and put the tray into the mould,

then rotate the ejection structure to push-out the chalks.
