Note: DHL/UPS/Fedex Express usually take about 3-5 working days to the destination. And it’s about 5-8 work days by EMS or TNT.

Q: What would the delivery time be?

A:For OEM order regularly 30 days after sample confirmed, ahead to 15-20 days if urgent

    For prompt goods regularly 3-5 days after the payment.

Q: In an unlikely event that there is a faulty earphone from my order, what should I do?
