1. The raw materials of our nonwoven needle punched production line can be polyester fiber, nylon fiber, waste fiber, cotton, viscos fiber, glass fibers, wool fiber, low melt fibers, etc. All these fibers must be short fibers.

2. The capacity is determined by the width of carding machine and the denier of each fibers. The bigger carding machine and higher denier of fibers. the capacity will higher.

3. The raw material can be coloured fiber or un-colored fiber. That's all okay.

1. As per the different requirements of final products, some production line use single cylinder double doffer carding machine. Some used double cylinder double doffer carding machine. The difference between them is the eveness of final fiber web.

2. Our width of machine is customized. So please tell us the width of your final products, when you need our quotation.
