Device characters:
1. Small-cam designed, the inertia of start-up is small and the speed is high.
2. The track width of shuttles is 125mm. Because the shuttles are wide, the user can use the spindle of 105mm diameter as weft. This can reduce the times of changing yarns and promote the efficiency of weaving cloth.
3. Gear wheel reducer is connected straightly with the main electrical motor, high efficiency and long life. This solves the low efficiency problem of turbine speed reducer with moving strap and put an end to the hidden trouble that the swaying needle wheel reducer can’t resist shocking and can’t start with high frequency. This can reduce the energy consumption of the whole equipment and decrease the maintenance cost.
