Automatic Vegetable Washing Machine CD750 is specially designed for washing leaf vegetables, European style, with vibrating screen, special lateral fine remove part, which could clean the vegetables quite clean.

The machine wholly adopts SUS304 stainless steel.

The spiral vegetable movement in the washer cylinder can remove both sand and floating tiny insects and impurities. 

Main Features

1. Helical washing: CD750 permits the product to pass through the washing tank along an adjustable water spiral, which means a distance of approximately four times the length of the wash tank itself.

2. Humanity assemble way: The CD750 washing machine assembly is modular. Which means customer could assemble the machine according to their own needs, for example changing the discharge system from vibration to belt conveyor, or installing a new air bubble system on an existing machine. Also it’s easy to clean and maintain each part of the machine.

3. Special design for the sand trap, it’s at the bottom of the wash tank. Big particles and sand will be removed from the water flow and stay in the sand trap. So the clean water could be circulated. When change water, remove the sand trap to flush the sand.

4. Insects and fines removal part. 

5. There is a lateral fines removal drum. The distance is 0.6mm, so very small particles could be removed and the fines could not get into the pump, which protects the water pump. Water flows through the filter drum back to the pump tank.

 6. Water spray at the end of the washing line. It will clean the vegetables compeletely.
