Disc Neodymium magnet is an alloy magnet made maily from ND, Fe, B. It is a rare earth magnet almost the strongest magnetism as well as high performance (8MGOe-55MGOe) and good coercive force. Quality assurance, technical service availablle and cost performance.
Cutting and tolerances
Neodymium is easily ground. After raw material finished, cutting--->chamfer---->coating---->magnetized---->packing. coating protect the magnets from corrosion. Standard tolerances for neodymium magnets are +/-0.05mm for ground dimensions.
Working Temperature
The temperature of neodymium has several grades to choose. Please refer to our chart of magnetic properties to choose what grade fit for you best. Attention your application's maximum operating temperature please.
Added value services
technical support provided, and various size available. OEM acceptted.
