Description

1.The roller adopts safe cold hard cast-iron, formed by the grinding smooth surface.  Inside the hollow cylinder for use , the steam and cooling water is used to regulate the temperature of the rolls according to the requirement.

2.Two rolls with different relative rotation speed,  make the rubber roller into the slot between the two rubber rolle by mechanical process.

3.While happened accidents, pull the rod, the main parts won’t be damaged  for its protection immediately braking ,. So it is safe and reliable.

Its main working parts  is  two different parts of the rotating drill hollow cylinder or rollers.

and operated  by manual or electricity in the level movement in order to adjust

and adapt to the requirements from roller.

The roll adopts the vanadium titanium metal alloy chilled cast iron and its surface is hard and wear-proof. The internal cavity is processed to make temperature well proportioned on the roll surface

Hard Tooth Surface Reducer

1.It's a New reducer in 2012,The main inner of reducer is gear 

And the material of gear is Consists of quenching of 38CrMoAIA Then experience of grinding gear.

Emergency brake device

The machine is also equipped with an emergency brake device. When an emergent arises, just  press the emergency button and the machine will stop immediately. It is safe and reliable.

cooling (with rotating joint)

Universal rotary joints with inner spray pipes with hoses and headers. Piping is complete up to supply pipe terminal ,which reduces energy consumption by 30% and high efficency.
