Biowatertech MBR Brief Introduction:
Membrane-bioreactor technology (MBR technology) is a new pattern of wastewater disposal technology which combines the membrane separation technology and biotechnology. It uses membrane separation equipment to cut the activated sludge and macromolecular organic matters in the biochemical reactor pool so that to instead of the second sedimentation pool. So the density of activated sludge can be greatly increased, and the hydraulic retention time (HRT) and the sludge retention time (SRT) can be controlled separately, however, those refractory materials would react and degradate continuously in the reactor.
Therefore, the membrane-bioreactor technology greatly enhanced the function of bioreactor by membrane separation technology. Compared with traditional biological disposal measures, the membrane-bioreactor is of high biochemical efficiency, of strong resistance to load shock, of stable water quality, of small floor space, of long mud elimination cycle, and of easy automatic control, etc. It is currently one of the most promising new technologies for wastewater disposal, which has been researched and applied extensively in Japan, France, Canada and some other countries since the 1990s.
Biowatertech MBR Features:
1) Space saving. It can be buried under the ground or put on the earth, when it is put under the ground its surface can be used as green or other purposes.
2) Automatic operation. The whole processing system is equipped with automatic electric control system and alarm system, operating safe and reliable, It’s unnecessary to control by the special supervisor, termly maintenance is ok.
3) Long working life. The machine is made of carbon steel or stainless steel material, it has excellent corrosion resistance, anti-aging properties, its operating time can be more than 50 years.
4) Standard discharge. After disposing by the equipment, the water quality can meet the international discharge standard. Most importantly, the disposed sewage can be reused as planting or watering plants, rushing the toilet, etc.
