1.Is your product good quality?

Answer: These goods are produced by our own factory with good imported rhinestone,  pls 100% be assured of our quality.

2. Customize

Even though we have quite many designs of our products, but sometimes our clients can not find out the itemsthat they need, do not worry, we also accept customize, you can tell me what you want and send me the detailed pictures or samples, as long as we can, we will try the best to produce for you.

3.Can you give me a discount?

Answer:we are wholesale companyand factory,our policy is that bigger quantity,cheaper price, so we will give you discount according to your order quantity.  

4.The shipping cost is too high, can you give me more cheaper?

Answer:When we calculate the shipping cost for you, we will use the cheapest and safest courier, and it is shipping company who ask us to pay, we can't give you cheaper, pls kindly understand.But we can promise that we will not ask you to pay more shipping cost, if u think it is too expensive, you can use your own shipping company,it is ok for us.

5.Can you offer free shipping?

Answer:For we are wholesale company, we have given the cheapest price as we can, and we did not add the shipping cost into the products' cost, so we can't offer free shipping, pls kindly understand,tks!

But sometimes some problems may happen, it is understandable, cause it is such a long journey, if the parcel were handled by a rudemailman in the journey, sometimes the products can be damaged, but according to my experience, this is not very often, if it were too often, I have to abandon the wholesale business of these goods. If these had happened, and if it is our package problem, we will replace the damaged ones for you.
