FAQ

1. What's the MOQ?

The MOQ is One 20”container for one model, Three colors can be mixed in one container.

2. Delivery Time

Generally speaking,it will take about 45 days to finish an order from MOQ to 40'HQ.But the extra time is according to your quantity.

3. Payment

T/T,30% deposit, balance have to be sent to us when seeing the copy of the B/L

4. Warranty

Five years for the frame and fork of the bikes; Half year for the other parts.

5. OEM Service

We could provide the products as per to the specification,color combination a from the customer,and could use customer’s logo on the bike as well as the package.

6. Sample Terms

Sample cost is double of the unit price based on the MOQ,customer also need to bear the express shipping cost as well as the 30 usd bank charge.

Sample delivery is 2-3 weeks after the sample payment arrive into our account.
