1. Know more about aluminium foil:

Listen! Maybe you've seen or used it for many times before you really know what aluminium foil is. As its name shows, aluminium foil is mainly made of aluminium, which can reach as high as about 98%! (Aluminium content with different alloy type is different. What? You haven't heard the so-called alloy type at all? Ok, certainly you don't have to know this. But I have the duty to tell you that for food wrapping use, the most common alloy type is 8011, status is O(which means soft), the aluminiun content of this type can be within 97.32%~98.12%. So next time when you see someone labeled on his food grade aluminium foil that the aluminium content can reach 99.5%, you know they're not serious at all, haha~) The balance is made up of other elements: primarily iron(0.6~1.0%) and silicon(0.5~0.9%). These are added to give the strength, malleability and puncture resistance!

2. Why are so many people addicted to aluminium foil as their bakewares?

Aluminium foil's unique advantage against plastic or paper items is obvious:

• It is one of the best barrier films available, and it's impervious to light, moisture, gases, bacteria and odors, which can extend freshness and keep food  stay in its original flavour;
• It shows excellent performance in heat stability. It can endure a wide temperature range from -20℃ to 250℃ without any deformations or melts and the molecular structure doesn't change at all. So you can use it from frozen condition to the extremely high temperature baking or roasting without any time intervals;
• With the foil wrapping around, food can be prevented from being burnt and producing carcinogenic material. Charcoal fire and lampblack can also be isolated outside. 

3. Ok. Since aluminium foil has so many advantages in baking/roasting/barbeque, you may think,"Yes, I want to import some of this product for a try!" But please wait a second! Go to the supermarket or bakeware store to find the most popular types, such as the width, the length, the thickness and the package. Below is a sheet for you to know better of us:

4. What packaging ways could you supply?

Now we supply 4 ways of packaging:

• Colored paper box (you can make your own design on it);

• Colored cardboard box (If the length is too long per roll, maybe reach 250m, the common paper box can't support it, so at this situation we need cardboard box, also can with your own design.)

• Air blister film

• BOPP film(If the length is very short, maybe less than 10m, then you can consider this packaging way. )

You know if you intend to sell aluminium foil to supermarkets or bakeware stores, then I suggest you to choose colored paper box/ cardboard box/ BOPP film; if you want to sell it to restaurants/ hotels/ stalls, then the package is not so much important, so you can choose the air blister film to save cost.

6. FAQ

    (1) What's the MOQ?

          You know, MOQ with different types varies much. For example, if your demanding roll is 250m long, maybe the MOQ is only 2500pcs; but if your demanding roll is only 2m long, MOQ may reach a 20GP. The reason behind is that process of aluminium foil with so many different thickness/width is so complicated, and only with the raw material reaching 5 tons, can we accept this order.

   (2) Are you factory or trading company?

          We are factory. So our price is factory price. 

  (3) Your price is not so competitive as other suppliers, why?

         Dear friend, we can promise enough thickness and length per roll about our products. So before comparing the prices between different suppliers, please first figure out the net weight per roll, the weight of paper core inside etc. Without knowing the above details and just look over the prices, in fact makes no sense at all.
