1)Aluminium frame with powder coated. usually the thickness of the aluminium is 1.2mm,we can also make it 1.5mm,(steel frame also available)

2)PE wicker with UV resistant;

3)Cushion:180g water-proof polyester (250g water-proof polyester with PA coating also available),inner filled with sponge.cushion thickness are 5cm and 10cm for selection,very soft and flexible

4)Table top: 5mm thick tempered glass

 

4.Packing

Inside use bubble + wrapping film + corner protect, outside use standard export carton.
