Weaving Pattern:

 

A: Plain weave, twill weave, Dutch plain weave or Dutch twill weave 

B: Plain weave can be woven from 1X1mesh to 635X635 mesh

C: Plain Dutch weave can be woven from 10X64mesh to 80X700mesh

D: Twill weave can be woven from 20x250mesh to400X2800mesh

Materials:SUS 302 , 304 , 304L , 316 , 316L .

General Use: Stainless steel wire mesh ,with its excellent resistance against acid,alikal,heat and corrosion, find extensive uses processing of oils ,chemicals food, pharmaceuticals, airspace, machine making, ect.

 

Product Size Range : usually,manufactured in 30m ( up to 200m) long and in width of 1m, 1.2m, 1.5m, 2.0m, etc. or cut to length panels as per clients requirement.

 

Features:Acid resistant,alkali resistant,heart resistant,corrosion resistant.

 

Packing: Inside with kraft paper and outside wrap with PVC woven bag,wraped with waterproof paper, or wooden case outside.

 

Mesh counts: 2 mesh to 635 mesh.
