Our company have two model Hot/Heat Air Gun , model H-XA and H-A

The machine can be extensively used in advertisement industry. It apply to joint heat melted material such as PVC, PP, PE, etc

Application of Hot air gun

1. Can weld the hot plasticity material

2. Can go on and take shape to hot plasticity material, crooked with sealing.

3. Can dry up the surface got wet by water .

4. Can make hot sleeve pipe of contracting etc. membrane, bring and make mould's part not to shrink

5. Can unfreeze the frozen water pipe .

6. Can melt and have viscidity material and formate the glue that solvent dissolve.

7. Can light flammable things

Maintenance of Hot air gun

1.Clean dirty air filter network or changed the filter screen with little brushes

2.brushes and cleans and weld the spray nozzle with the steel

3.When the carbon brush is consumed to the minimum length, electrical machinery switches will be closed automatically. This machines must be checked by your service centre. The service life of the carbon brush welded on the electrical machinery of the tool is 1600 job hours probably

When we send machine to customers , we will provide one Pencil Tip Nozzle , one Flat tip nozzle ,one Pressure Silicon Roller . Also we will provide one extra heater part to you .
