The main machine has the width of 3.8m, height of 3m, depth of 2.5m,and the orbit of 11m.The frames are made of hot galvanized steel, while the appearance adopt the material of glass steel that never rust, strong anticorrosion and much more durable.

PLC control system

FD rollover car washer adapt the PLC control system of omronwhich is imported from Japan. Having the world-class advanced technology, the computer control system which was optimized can do the simple transaction at complex operating environment. All the system use the induction control. Protection safety, maintenance easily and operating stable are the advantages of FD computer control system.

Brushes system and Moveable air blowers

Using Japan or Taiwan foam brushes ,with the advantage of won’t hurt the car paint surface, less noise when working, self cleaning and anti-static. With forth level corrosion resistance, forth level acid-resistance, forth level resistance to strong alkali. The friction reach 0.6, water absorption 20%-25%,transversal surface with rectangular structure ,life time that can reach wash 420000 vehicles.
Wheel brushes : Adopt far-infrared positioning, pneumatic control, material of PE, good resistance to bending.
The wheels of the car are automatically sensed and rotating brushes extended to wash the wheels.
According to the height of vehicles to move go up and down automatically, can wash out more than 90% water.

The rack walk driving system

The picture on the right is the rack walk driving system, frequency control of motor speed that can adjust the driving speed according to the washing condition.

The main machine can be optional assembled Color LCD touch screen,which has the function of fault self-detection sound and light alarm capabilities, car wash quantity automatic count, Manual intervention system and so on. Besides , the more functions can also be flexibly custom made.
