1.The teddy bear stuffing machine is mainly used to fill soft toys,teddy bear and chair pads.

2.The suitable material ca be conjugate siliconized polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm.

3.It is assembledwith a fiber opening machine,blower and double slot stuffing machine that adjusted by foot switch.

4.The whole line can be handled by 3 operators.

5.High capacity;the capacity can be around 20 to 30 operators hand working.

6.High material opening rate;the opening rollers are made by V-wire which is stable quality,long life and less maintenance;the material can be opened for 98% without hurting the silicon.

7.Changeable filling pipe size that works for different  size of toys from 10cm to 100cm up.

8.Adjustable blending device inside of the stuffer,so that the material is not easy become balling.

9.The finished production is elastic,soft and fluffy.

10.Lower air pressure required.

11.The material distributor is made by aluminum material that without noise,shaking while working and the mateialcan be transported to a long distance.
