Description:

• The computerized automatic pillow filling machine line can be used for sleeping pillow, cushion, sofa, chair pads etc.
• The material application can be conjugate hollow siliconzied polyester fiber that shorter than 100mm length.
• It can be used for normal PSF fiber & micro fiber opening & filling.
• Adopting metallic model V wires for the fiber opener parts, so that the fiber can be opened for more than 98% and not be damaged; the V wire is 4 times usage life than the normal wire.
• The whole line can be handled by only 1 operator with easy operation
• We produce our machines by Australia safe standard
• All electricity key pars adopt Siemens brand which is very stable and local service will support you.
• Main structure is produced by computerized laser cutting machine, so the quality is stable without any transmutation.
