It is useed to open the polyester fiber short thank 100mm, the fiber size can be 0.7D-3D, 32mm-64mm Microfiber,

3D-15D, 32mm-64mm polyester fiber, wool, waste carpet, the opening rate can be 98%-100%.

 

 

 

 

The Ball fiber machine

The raw material can be Conjugate hollow siliconized polyester fiber 3D-15D, 32mm - 64mm.

The Capacity can be 100-140kg/h.

The pillow filling machine

The whole line can be handled by 3 operators and adjusted by foot switch. • High capacity with 150kg to 180kg up material running per hour.

The opener roller is produced by V-wire, so that the finished fiber is more elasticity and without hurt; the opening rate can be 98% more; it is long life and less maintenance.

 

 

 

 

The Fiber cushion filling machine

 

The whole line is controlled by PLC system that can be handled by 2 operators; one of them works for raw material feeding and another for the filling device.

 

 Raw material works directly to the ball fiber machine that can be 3D, 7D and 15D conjugate siliconized polyester fiber; 32mm fiber works also.

 

 By 2 pin balling roller, the finished fiber ball is more elasticity, good hand feeling and beautiful; without hurting the silicon.
