a) Remove the head, shell and intestines of the shrimp, and straighten them.

 

b) Wrap the prepared shrimp with the dry Tempura lightly.

 

c) Mix the Tempura and water with the proportion:1:1.3,

 

d) Dip the wrapperd shrimp into the well-prepared mixture of flour and water, heat them in the 170C oil, turn over the foods after floating lightly,eat and enjoy when it's golden yellow.
