login IE explorer,input :http://192.168.1.10,(factory default ip address: 192.168.1.10) click "DeviceCfg"--"Setting"--"Info"--"Version"

Second,login cloud server: ,
input IP camera serialNo. and verify code,and could remote access IP video.
2.Remote access from mobile phone:
Donload APP "vmeyecloud", input ip camera serialno, and admin,password, etc, then could view ip video.
