Property and sterilization principle of ethylene oxide

1. Property

Ethylene oxide is a kind of gas when the temperature is above 10.73°C, which is heavier than air and easy to be liquefied. Its liquid is colorless and transparent, and its structural formula is H2C - CH2= 0. The specific weight at 10°C is 0.882. It has ether smell when volatilizing, and is able to dissolve in water and organic solvent.

2. Sterilization principle 

The ethylene oxide molecule is able to react with the carboxyl (-COOH), amidogen (-NH2), sulfhydryl (-SH) and hydroxyl (-OH) on gene protein which is necessary for metabolism in cell of bacterial, produce alkylation reaction, replace the unstable hydrogen atom on the groups mentioned above, and compose a compound with ethoxyl (-CH2CH2OH). Because the compound destroys the reaction group necessary for the important metabolic reaction of microorganism, affects the function of bacterial enzyme, and makes microorganism dead.

3. Q: How should I order? What payment method do you accept?

After confirming all details and signing the contract, you can pay prepayment, then we produce machines after receiving prepayment. We deliver these machines by ship according to our agreement. A:We are located in Quanzhou City, China.
You can get a flight to xiamen International Airport.We will go to airport to pick you up. It takes around one hour from airport to our office. You may also come to our city by High Speed Railway train, we will go to train station to pick you up.
