PE pipe with steel wire
Product structure
This products series is a new style of low, medium, and high pressure resistant composite pipes, taking high strength adhesive coated steel wires as the reinforcement between inner and outside composite thermoplastics. Because the reinforcement is wrapped into continuous thermoplastics, this kind of composite pipes not only overcomes defects of both steel and plastic pipes, but also possesses their common advantages. It’s a revolutionary technical outcome not only for construction and municipal water supply pipelines after galvanized steel pipes are forbidden, but also for strong demand for large diameter rigid pipes from industrial fields like oil, petrochemical, pharmacy, food, mining and fuel gas, etc.Corresponding fittings of steel wire reinforced thermoplastic composite pipeline outside plastic surface and the fitting inner plastic surface will be reached through the internal heating unit of the fittings pipeline connection, thus they can be connected firmly.
Product characteristic
Its strength, rigidity and shock resistance are higher than that of plastic pipes.
Double-faced anticorrosion: having the same anticorrosion property with plastic pipes.
Raised using temperature: low thermal conductivity; heat preservation on outside pipe surface not needed in winter and no dewing in summer.
Smooth inner surface and no scaling make head loss lower than steel pipes by 30%.
Mature electrofusion connection technique is adopted in pipeline connection; Electtrofusion fittings have complete types and specifications, with strong resistance to axial tension.
Light in weight, thus convenient to transport and install; integrated reliability of this pipeline is high; service life could reach 50 years under normal working diversified pipe connection modes conditions.
Due to its low cost, health and drug-free, it is the best substitute of galvanized steel pipes.
Applications scope
Chemical industry: manufacture industry of acid, alkali and salt; transmission or discharging pipeline of corrosive gas, fluid and solid power in industries including petrochemical, fertilizer, pesticide, pharmacy, chemical, mining, plastic and rubber industry.
Oil and gas fields: oil-containered wastewater, gas field mixture, polymer liquor reinjection to oil well, twice and triple oil extraction and transmission pipelines.
Mines: ore, pulp, tailings, vent pipes and engineering pipes.
Textile, printing, dyeing and paper industry: transmission or discharging pipeline to transport corrosive media.
Municipal constructions: transmission pipelines of constructional water supply and drainage, drinking water, natural gas and fuel gas.
Non-ferrous metal: corrosive media transmission used in non-ferrousmetalmetallurgy.
Agriculture: deep-well pipes, strainer pipes, underdrain transmission pipe, discharging pipes and irrigation water pipe, etc.
Seawater transportation: seawater transmission, undersea pipeline and optical cable (electric cable) conduit used in desalinator, seaside power plant and port cities.
Thermoelectricity Engineering:process water, recycled water and waste residue transmission in thermoelectricity projects
Express highway: underground drainpipes and cable conduits.
Technical requirements
Common color is black with other colors negotiable between supplier and buyer. Inner and outside surface of the pipes should be smooth. Natural shrinking tiny pits and bulges are allowed while air bubble, crack, decomposition allochromasia and obvious scratches allowed. Pipe ends shall be cut flat.
